When I joined this company, I made my career goals very clear, and my immediate supervisor did everything she could to get me to where I wanted to be. My current team is supportive of my learning process and helps me get better every day. You truly cannot ask for anything better than that. Everyone can find something to complain about, but if you put the work in here, this company will take care of you, and that is not always easy to find.
