Pros
VP is an awesome company full of colorful individuals who all have a passion for delivering real value to their clients while building a personable and interactive realtionship. To put it simply, the company atmosphere is second to none. VP has adequate pay, high focus on work-life balance, and plenty of company socials on both sides of the pond. If you want a big consulting firm feel without the office politics, suits, and overall grind on yoursoul VP is the place to be. I could not be happier that with my decision to come here rather than a larger consulting firm.
Cons
If you are in the US the start up was a little rough with getting healthcare and payroll set up. I doubt this will be an issue moving forward as it's been mostly resolved. The home base is also in London so if you're not east coast US you may find availability of the master architects spotty. I'm not usually "drink the kool-aid" type of guy, but at VP you will definetly not mind the weird hours because everyone is fun to work with and everyone is willing to go an extra mile to make sure you succeed (because we've all been in your shoes).
