Pros

The culture is genuinely great. Lots of love cross-functionally. You're working alongside people who are super smart and ultra committed to what they're building. They're at the forefront of what's happening in AI right now. Not just following trends but actually driving them. If you're all-in on this space, so are they. You get to work on things that matter, with people who push you to be better, in an environment where your growth and their growth are the same thing.

Cons

The pace is relentless. If you expect work a 9-5 standard work week (although they do fully allow 3 day hybrid!) you may have a hard time But if you're someone who gets energized by being self-managed and who actually wants to grow and push yourself and who likes working with people who are all in—then this is exactly where you want to be.

Pros

Joined post-Series B and the pace is the real deal — 2-week interview loops, 48-hour offer windows, hiring managers who actually show up prepared and move fast. That alone makes the job feel different from most places I've recruited for. Leadership is genuinely involved in candidate conversations (co-founders included), which makes closing top talent much easier than at bigger companies where exec time is rationed. Tooling is solid (Ashby + built-in dashboards), the bar for talent is high without being precious about it, and the hybrid model (Tues–Thurs in office) hits the right balance. Thursday all-hands with the CEO weather report on metrics is a nice ritual — you actually know how the business is doing. The product is in a category that's moving fast and it's energizing to recruit for something people are excited to hear about.

Cons

The pace is a feature and a bug, if you need long ramp time or heavy process scaffolding, this won't be it. You're building the function while running it. Also, demand from hiring managers is high enough that prioritization is a constant exercise.
