None really. Tech is a hard industry and making it happen requires real effort but it's worth it.

I’m not even sure if this is still a company, we were all pretty sure new management was turning it into some sort of shell corporation when they fired the few workers that were left. The company was completely driven into the ground when the new CEO started; everyone was either fired or left before they were able to be fired. If they’re ever hiring, stay away.
