None really. Tech is a hard industry and making it happen requires real effort but it's worth it.

There is a lot of visibility from the top down. Our CEO is very involved, and gets face time with everyone on a regular basis. People are given the opportunity to take on new projects and grow within their positions. The direction of the company is solid, management is wonderful and the coworkers are fun. Also great work from home policy and a casual work environment.

Not as many perks as a regular startup, but the people you work with and the opportunities afforded to you greatly make up for that!
