No pros at all in this company

Cons: *They are good in writing fake google reviews and glassdoor reviews. *No Hr so all rules are given from managing director(CEO) *They target on the life of freshers. *They are good in brainwashing. *They wont Issue offer letter while joining(may email you will get). *Hard copy of email with company seal and signature of the managing director wont be given. *Appointment letter,Relieving letter,Experience letter has not given to anyone. *First month or first two months salary they will say you will get after 6 months but will not be provided they will say later after the end of 6th month. *PF account has not created to anyone but they deducted pf money for each month. *Office timing is 8:30 - 6 in google it is 9:30 - 6.If one minute late also will considered as late. * Four late comings in a month they deduct half-day salary. *Make us to work from morning 8:30-late night(above 8 30 pm) but nothing you will get for your dedication. *If you leave early they will say you are not dedicated. *Whatever you spoke in the company will reach the manager(hr(owner)) all in one,that much separation he made among the employees. *Notice period is three months and notice period buyout(mentioned in offer letter) is wont be accepted in case of emergency. *Employees November month(2018) salary has not been credited till now(may-2019) and it wont,so all employees will have minimum two months salary pending. *No respect for employees they will treat us like dogs. *No proper planning on projects so simply they will make us to change projects. *You can't learn any new things some of the trainees will be working under varadhi infotech with no trainers. *No humanity they treat us like dogs.

None, Don't join this kind of company

- Such a worst compony I have ever seen, best option to spoil mind and learning of a fresher. - They just hire freshers and terminate them after 2-3 months without even paying salary(not even one rupee). - Micro management is the only things they do for employees, if someone get frustrated from their worthless micro management and resign - they don't pay salary for last month. - They have salary issues each and every month, while joining they'll tell you nothing, then they'll tell here employees gets salary on 10th of each month but they don't pay salary even after next month end. - Nothing to learn new, they are not clear what they want and what tey are doing in term of development. - Planning is very poor, they don't plan things properly, don't even review code and after 1 or 1 and half month they get to know yeah development is going on and then simply blame freshers for outcomes. - They should focus on proper planning, on time code reviews instead of micro management and blamming freshers for outcomes.
