Like any other small recruitment business - Recruitment Consultant Vargo Group Employee Review

The company offers great flexibility of working from home.

cannot think about any cons at the moment.

I have really enjoyed my time here at Vargo. Having started in 2018 they have supported my career development as a graduate every step of the way. The Directors are really flexible and understanding and are always asking the whole teams thoughts regardless of whether you are a trainee like me or senior management. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and I feel like I have learnt so much since starting here.

I would say the only con is that if you are someone who is looking for a strict stereotypical recruitment vibe with KPIs etc then this isn't the place for you.
