      Great pay, lots of downtime behind the console

      when it rains, it pours, difficult to troubleshoot the complexity of the system and the lack of resources will lead to extremely long shifts and overtime

      There are multiple complex projects in development with large, international, and very talented teams. Company benefits are excellent. Culture is great.

      Funding was rearranged and as a result ~35 employees were laid off in the Austin office in 2024.
