Pros
A great place to work, the team is friendly and there is a nice atmosphere in the office. The company is doing well, and it is an exciting time to be a part of the brand in a period of positive growth. Good company perks: -50% off clothing & free clothing given regularly -lunch provided 3 days a week -Bupa healthcare after 2 years
Cons
No flexible working, it is 5 days a week in the office with no work from home days offered. The maternity package is not great, which is disappointing considering the company has a majority female staff & is family owned. Lack of internal promotion. The company is growing fast and making quite a lot of new hires, but there is little room for growth or promotion for existing staff.
