I would NEVER recommend this company - IT-Spezialist Varo Energy Employee Review

None really, Small minded company pretending to be international, with a social climbers, desperately holding on for retirement.

As an update to a review I did over a year ago, I recently learned the toxic IT leadership and the fraudulent contractor, the leadership brought in, all got terminated. So, it's great to learn these people are now in the toxic bin where they deserve to be. Hopefully my good colleagues there are no longer have high sick rates and the epidemic Swiss 'burnout'.

The teams are collaborative and genuinely care about doing good work. There is a lot of exposure to different projects and opportunities to grow if you take initiative. The company’s focus on energy security and transition makes the work meaningful. Loads of people from different countries and backgrounds bringing a lot of fresh perspectives!

Some processes take time to align across teams, which can slow decision-making. Workload can spike during busy periods.
