Pros
Strong sales culture and some degree of training/enablement. Great product with solid respect in the IT community with a lot of features.
Cons
Compensation could be higher, but not awful compared to the space. Lack of data driving how territories are built out more of a we need X revenue so let's add Y number of reps and see how it plays out. Not a cool space or sexy product
