The Company laptop that they provided for Home-office was new and a great model, that's the only positive thing.
Cons
The environment is just nasty and horrible, micro-managing par excellence, one example: once my team leader claimed I was 6 minutes offline - even though I was on a business call during that time, he admitted his mistake but did not correct his mistake but send an email to the department manager that i was not available. Sub-professional communication and training. They work with relatively low base salary but high commissions, the goals are not realistic, however - Do not let them sell you short by promising a high commission or rapid career development its not gonna happen. I can only recommend avoiding this Company.
