Pros

It does challenge you professionally and I feel more developed from a career standpoint. You are given some great tools to help you do your job.

Cons

The micromanagement is very real. Feels more like your working at a call center (expect to be on the phone for on average 6 hours a day). Your expectations and goals are unrealistic. Territories are not the same at all, some are much more difficult than others. Took on a new territory mid month cause a member of my team left mid month and they doubled my goal 17 days into said month resulting in no commission cause of there threshold policy. Your paired with an Account Manager per territory, one I worked with was bane of my existence and one was an absolute rockstar - you also depend on them to make commission. Look at there turnover rate in all sales position not just the TDRs - there structure is toxic and the turnover rate is eye opening. Expect to be in this position for at least a year before even being considered to move up and when you do youre not making much more money. Im about to give my two weeks because I am getting a bump up in position and they are doubling the pay. You can find a much better organization than here.

Pros

Good money and great promotion trajectory

Cons

5 days in office unless at 100 percent quota then get 1 remote day, changing quota/commission requirements alittle too often

Pros

Benefits are great, random gifts throughout the year, top notch team support

Cons

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
