Pros

-Innovative technology: being the first to focus on protecting and monitoring sensitive data from within the internal network, as appose to the traditional methods of securing the perimeter with firewalls and end point solutions. -Office environment: Newly upgraded office, fully stocked and catered lunch room with various fresh meals and snacks delivered three times a week -Office culture: young, ambitious and competitive environment, great work life balance, regular team building events and scheduled happy hours -Training: thorough training both initially and ongoing throughout their career. There is an entire education team dedicated solely to assisting employees with any guidance, clarification, with an emphasis on professional developmental along the way -Career development: I started as a Territory Development Representative fresh out of college with little sales experience and zero technical IT background-after a few months on the phone I began hit a stride and after 6 months of consistently achieving my sales goals I found myself in advanced training sessions, in less than 1.5 years from my hire date I had been promoted to the inside sales manager position.

Cons

-it is a fast paced environment and you are expected to hit (or come close to) your goals, being able to efficiently multitask is key. -at times communication between departments can be muddled, but it has actually improved as of recent and continues to improve -there are multiple different responsibilities that are expected of you, we wear many hats! Managing the expectations can be overwhelming if not done correctly.

5 days in office unless at 100 percent quota then get 1 remote day, changing quota/commission requirements alittle too often

Benefits are great, random gifts throughout the year, top notch team support

Cons

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
