It started with its good old visteon culture and members, so you still have some good managers and engineers
Cons
one lala group acquired this company some 5 years ago and its turning in to a work horse stable. recently annual bonus (accumulated as variable from your salary) is not given stating some stupid story. this at the same time when company recorded 6 times growth globally.
