Pros
-Excellent team atmosphere -Offers countless opportunities for learning and growth within your role -Lots of growth within the company -Cores values are not only expressed but strongly encouraged -Your hard work gets noticed, and the effort you put in is the same effort you get back -The benefits and coverage are grand and cover so many different areas -5 weeks paid vacation (absolutely unheard of in today's job market) -Pay is rather good and is reflective of the work you put in. -A yearly education Bursary which is paid upon a passing completion of your program (Again, unheard of nowadays!) -No matter what area of the company you are in, what your role is, and what your tenure is, everyone is willing to help you and guide you if needed, and ensure that you are a valued member of the team.
Cons
Salaried positions, so no overtime (Any extra days/time you work is added to vacation pay so it's not the end of the world). Sometimes you will get called to go back to the communities if there are emergencies, which can be a hassle, but it is a part of the job so no blame in that. Can't really think of anything else, which should be a good sign.
