Pros
The people I work with are incredible! The company creates lifesaving products. Food trucks come in frequently for lunch.
Depending on what department are, you can move up really quick- mostly by being in the right place when someone resigns and they scramble to fill the open position.
Cons
Everything is done a certain way simply because that is what upper management wants- to the point of ridiculousness. Constant frustration working inter-departmentally. CEO is a micro-manager and treats employees like I have never experienced. You either get on board and do things that make no sense so you don't get chewed out, or you leave the company. Really high turn over, especially in the Marketing department.
