Pros

Great co-workers and middle management. Facilities are nice to come to work in.

Cons

Please see PrinterLogic reviews for a more accurate sample size. Beware of the 5 stars, cut them in half. Employees were highly encouraged with a GDoor blitz of positive reviews to up their score on the new company name. The executive team is devised of a "boys club" that pat each other on the back while spewing toxicity throughout the company. If you're not drinking the Wedig/Carter kool-aid, kissing the narcissistic ring or "fit the mold" you won't last long. Heaven forbid you have a difference of opinion or suggest how something could work better. If it's not the CEO's idea, don't even bother making a suggestion. There's zero diversity. They play favorites, HR is not there to protect you but to protect the company. There's zero concept of loyalty so don't expect any and nobody is ever "safe". I feel so bad for the CRO, he could have been great but succumbed to the kool-aid as well and very quickly became a yes man. FYI, anonymous surveys are not so anonymous, beware.

Pros

Mostly working on automation and document management systems. Different development tasks depending on project and customer requirements. Engineers encouraged to contribute ideas during discussions. No fixation on following instructions blindly. Steadily improving both my coding and communication skills.

Cons

Fast-paced environment where tight deadlines are the norm

Pros

I like the amount of trust and autonomy the company gives me. Plus, I have the flexibility and support I need to succeed. The pay and benefits are good, too (paid time off, 401k, parental leave, and wellness programs). The company cares about employee well-being and makes sure we enjoy a healthy work-life balance. What’s more, it's easy to work with people across departments.

Cons

You have to be open to new techniques, technologies, and constant changes.
