A supportive work environment with ample opportunities to learn, take ownership, and contribute to real-time development. Most colleagues were approachable and willing to guide interns, fostering a positive atmosphere.

While most team members were supportive and encouraging, a few individuals tended to be overly assertive, which could be slightly discouraging for newcomers.

Oppurtunities to work on challenging and diverse projects, enabling me to expand my skillset and problem solving abilities.

1) Very Bad PRDs were provided to the developer due to which many misunderstandings happened while implementing features in the product. 2) Limited Oppurtunites for holistic development as a full stack developer, as I was primarily assigned frontend task without any exposure to backend development which hindered my growth as a versatile full stack developer 3) No Work From Home 4) Tight Deadlines 5) No proper care was given to UI Design of the website
