      - Incredible team with a wealth of knowledge. - Amazing experience & development opportunity. You could only dream of this in a large corporate. - The technology this company uses is genuinely so interesting. It's amazing to learn about.

      Cons

      - Being a start-up there aren't that many refined processes. However, that is something you'll find at early stage business, so no surprise there.
