Food is delicious, and some staff can be really kind

The egos of the owners are overblown. The owners, management, and most staff think that the "privilege" of working at a basement restaurant is enough for the workers to feel grateful for mistreatment, bullying, and poor wages. It is also known and accepted that owners and management illegally participate in tip share during their "dinner club".
