Pros
I never feel micro managed- that's huge to me. Friendly employees/managers and free environment. The team is strong. I trust people will do their job, and I feel trusted. Work schedule is flexible. The objective of the company is one you can be proud of. Generous health benefits. Nice location. Management seems interested in making sure we're qualified for promotions as the company grows.
Cons
This is a start up, so I can see how some people would not work well in that environment. I like knowing that my role is critical, and that I *need* to do good work since there's nobody to pick up the slack. If you need to be managed and clearly told what to do, this would not be a good fit. At the moment, there's no retirement benefit, that may change in 2018, but they do make contributions toward your student loan(s). If you don't have student loans, that could be a con.
