Amazing CEO and Co-Founders! Ryan is the most impressive CEO I’ve met from his passion for the space, his authentic leadership in driving the company, and seeing firsthand how he truly cares for each and every employee - truly driving an innovative and empathetic culture :)

Normal startup challeneges as expected. Nothing out of the ordinary.

- Staff is really nice - Very inclusive and diverse cultural backgrounds - Concept and product is truly innovative and the way of the future - Newest CEO is absolutely incredible - hopefully can turn things around

- Onboarding is terrible - Working across multiple time zones can be difficult - ZERO work life balance - The primary founder is entitled, condescending and thinks nothing about insulting and humiliating employees - You would have to be pretty desperate for money and work to remain there. - Super high turnover of staff. Some people are hired and fired within the same week. - False promises, misleading about what your role is and the work you'll be doing. - Don't be fooled by bonus offers and incentives, they won't keep you long enough to see them.
