1) if you don't care about your salary from company then it's a n ideal company for you.

From where to start. 1) I joined as a Android developer, but was given work of various domains , for only a new comer it's good. 2) you won't get salary at time. Just forget about salary timing written in your offer letter. 3) if you are efficient enough and then also you go home on or before OFFICIAL LEAVING TIME. It shows upper management that you don't have no work or you are not serious about your work. This is not enough, you may be asked "Where we are ?" from one of the directors of company. 4) you won't get work life balance. You will be asked and forced to work even after working hours. 5) Be ware of HR here. I guess it's female till I left the company. 6) Don't feel free to ask for help/suggestions in coding stuffs from seniors of mobile specially from Android domain.

1: VcareAll is a good company but to learn. 2:- Good Company Environment. 3:- Seniors & other colleague was really very good, supportive & Friendly Nature, But top level management was poor.

1:- Everyone works for salary But when the salary is not release on time then who would like to work. 2:- There is a time to come to the company, not to go, the rule of what is said here. When the salary is not given at the time, then such a thing should not be said too. 3:- The demand for good work is everywhere, but there is a demand for not working in this company.
