      Pros

      Everyone that wasn't an executive was awesome to work with. People are friendly and helpful. The hours were good, and the pay was not bad.

      Cons

      The leader at the top has no idea what is really going on in operations. Everything gets swept under the rug and nothing is addressed unless the executive's feel like it. Then they'll address it as if they found the problem and are the heroes. No appreciation for anything or anyone. They put the core values in your face but never actually live by them. Fake.

      Pros

      There are endless opportunities to grow personally and professionally, and endless opportunities to put your skills to work.

      Cons

      If you're a professional working at Vector Windows, there are very few, if any, downsides. Some of the direct labor positions can get monotonous, however.

      Management is a joke Upper management only cares about profits Mandatory OT on a 2 week lead time, so much so work/life balance with working 4 10s Managers look to play the blame game, target good employees that have an opinion, and bully them until they leave.
