Pros

They are very supportive, and help you learn throughout the way instead of just giving us the information and leaving it to us. Working for Vector Marketing makes me feel more than just like another employee because they actually care. They provide lots of opportunities for students, people working a one or few jobs, or even just people looking for a start to their career, plus I will and am getting all the experience I was looking for. It also will help me gain more confidence, and I already feel like I've stepped out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. I 100% recommend.

Cons

The only cons I can think of would be with my personal situation because I don't drive, and don't know many people over 30 to schedule my first few demos with, so the start is a little rocky but I think that's only for the first few weeks. another con for me personally would be that in order to do an online demo with someone, they need either a computer or tablet and a lot of people I know don't own either of those devices. but other than that my overall experience has been great!, there's a lot more pro's than there are cons.

Pros

Very encouraging they want you to succeed so they push you when you can’t push yourself and when even when things are hard, you’re growing through them and therefore he come in better and they highlights that

Cons

Training days are long, but if you pay attention, you get a wall out of it, starting up, you have to remember to be consistent because the people who are doing what you want to be doing where you want to be how much you want to be making started the same way as you did and it’s consistency that shapes how much you do and discipline
