Pros

Having been a CUTCO sales professional with Vector Marketing for the past 8 years, I can confidently say that my time here has been both transformative and rewarding. This role not only provided me with the opportunity to finance my college education but also cultivated invaluable skills that have shaped my personal and professional growth. Throughout my journey, I've developed strong sales and leadership skills as well as a high level of self-discipline. The independence that comes with working in sales has taught me how to manage my time effectively and take initiative, which are assets in any career path. That said, it's important to recognize that this job isn't for everyone. Sales can be challenging, and success often depends on being self-motivated and comfortable working independently. However, for those who are cut out for it, Vector Marketing offers an environment rich with growth opportunities and the potential for significant personal development. Overall, my experience with Vector Marketing has been highly beneficial, equipping me with skills and experiences that will serve me well for years to come.

Cons

Sales is difficult, you have to be cut out for it. And learn to work on your own

Pros

Very encouraging they want you to succeed so they push you when you can’t push yourself and when even when things are hard, you’re growing through them and therefore he come in better and they highlights that

Cons

Training days are long, but if you pay attention, you get a wall out of it, starting up, you have to remember to be consistent because the people who are doing what you want to be doing where you want to be how much you want to be making started the same way as you did and it’s consistency that shapes how much you do and discipline
