Pros

Decent healthcare options, that's it

Cons

When I started working here in 2021 it was a great experience. Definitely plenty of challenges but there was support in meeting those challenges. Then as senior management started to get in the way most of the talented people left. The company claims to have a flexible (unlimited) PTO policy but it is so poorly managed that you can never really take a day off and when you do attempt to take time off you are shamed into cancelling your vacation to meet goals set by dishonest sales reps. HR has a lot of really positive webinars and activities but when the rubber meets the road they don't back it up and allow senior management to shred people up with abusive and hostile language and behavior.

Pros

Coworkers are great, company offers a lot of opportunities that you may not get elsewhere, and the talent pool is largely fantastic.

Cons

Processes in place for changes and performance management don't always make sense. Gaps between managers and communication/decision making across departments and teams can cause significant issues.
