Pros

Learn stock at a basic level. The company uses an application that ranks and score stocks. That's the downfall the system does everything so you don't really learn stock for yourself. More of a customer service role.

Cons

Low pay, no advancement opportunities, benefits package. Only 1 day off 1st year. You do learn stock and the market but it didn't matter here and would be contrary to a lot of the teachings. If you get a financial advisor certificate it won't matter, because customer service essentially. I personally didn't get a pay increase after 1 year, i don't know others experience. I've seen many come in and out during my tenure. Managers are not qualified and very unprofessional. Speaking openly the company was not fair to everyone. The good boys club and favoritism was strong within the office. If you need some money work here but keep applying and leave the first chance you get.

Pros

You learn about stocks is the only good thing and oh yeah, some nice people.

Cons

No work from home if you have an emergency and need to finish your work from home it is frowned upon. Only get 5 PTO days your first year then it goes up to 12 your following year. You DO NOT get sick days you have to use a PTO day. Management can give you attitude and talk to you how they want but let you say something you are fired. They have favorites that they allow to break the rules.
