Pros
Flexible, I am allowed a certain amount of Autonomy which is appreciated, Vectorworks foster a very Inclusive and safe space to allow us to be ourselves. Personal development is actively encouraged and I genuinely feel that Vectorworks are invested in helping their employees become the best versions of themselves.
Cons
Flexible working can lead to some antisocial hours but this is being addressed.
