      Pros

      People, benefits, compensation and work environment. Smooth on-boarding, very organized company. Plenty to do and plenty to learn. The people here are seriously smart.

      Cons

      For some, commuting to the location in Austin may be cumbersome. Otherwise, no real cons that I can see.

      Decent benefits, decent people, flexible hybrid work. Helping orgs not fall prey to a cyberattack is generally ethical work.

      Cons

      Schedules can be aggressive at times, making it difficult to improve technical debt and for teams to have enough slack to aide each other.
