      Great people and a good product. They give you good degree of freedom to work and encourage innovation. Salaries are competitive and no micromanagement.

      Cons

      Prone to layoffs. There maybe uncertainty in your job. As this is a startup, it was to be expected.

      Schedules can be aggressive at times, making it difficult to improve technical debt and for teams to have enough slack to aide each other.
