The Worst Company - Software Developer Vectra Automation Employee Review

This was by Mr Pawar in Pune, who joined us after he got laid off at his previous company. He was rude to us from the begining without clarifying what was wrong in the information he recieved. We can produce his emails to back up. His perfrmance was not great, but as people were suffering in the second wave in ndia due to COVID we decided to keep him and train him in other positions, that ws well suited for him. In the meantime company ran out of funds, We delayed salaries to the whole company in 2 weeks. He chose to leave suddenly without notice, he himself volunteered to let his payheck go, as he needed to serve us 3 months notice if he wanted to leave as per the company policy, During this 1 month of srvice he was out of workd due o COVID , for which we sent him medical help like the Nebulizer and other help. We have all his email communication . we are happy to provide it, regarding the interaction on his rude emails and his quitting.
