Pros
The relationship between Vectrus and its employees is symbiotic. When you show up to work and do your job, how well you do that job directly affects the performance of the company, and vice-versa; when the company does well, you feel it, you prosper, and that encourages you to do your job better than the last time you went to work. Vectrus has taken such good care of me and my family over the years. We have truly grown with the company. I think it comes down to the employees at Vectrus- from the corporate level to the staff you see every day. We bring the best out of each other, we look out for each other and take care of one another. I am beyond grateful for it, beyond grateful for the people that I’ve met, beyond grateful for the blessings my family has received. My only hope is that we continue to grow and maintain our powerful trajectory upward.
