Better Work-Life Balance - Full Stack Developer Vedira Solutions Employee Review

I am working as full stack developer in vedira solutions. I have recently joined 6 months back. I have learnt lot of new things. I am from tamilnadu but the company is in pune, its a pure work from home.People here in this company so friendly i am very comfortable to working with those people.Here lots of people are from different states.Good salary even for a less experienced developers. Great place to kick start your IT career.

I dont see any cons.

1.It is a great learning platform, work life balance. 2.People are welcome to pitch in their ideas and interests 3. Flat hierarchy. 4. Friendly environment and positive people which ensures you will not get depressed by work alone. 5.Work from home facility, Pay is descent.

Seeing the growth of the company, they need to get really aggressive with their hiring strategy as its going to be very important in getting that extra edge.
