      Environment is good . People are friendly, helpful. A good scope to learn and grow.

      Cons

      There is a 2 year bond which everyone has to sign. The working hours is too long. every break is considered, so need to be cautious in that.

      Small departments so the role requires wearing lots of hats sometimes. I like it, but it can be a lot.
