      Pros

      Have a lot of learning opportunities through out the tenure. Given WFH support in pandemic Covid 19 and it is still present.

      Cons

      Too much of work pressure. Atleast 12+ hours of task is being assigned everyday to be completed within 8 hours Wont get time for personal wellbeing Not much increment in compensation for beginner level employees

      Great coworkers, fair pay, interesting commission model for people working in operations.

      Cons

      Small departments so the role requires wearing lots of hats sometimes. I like it, but it can be a lot.
