You can leave one day. Good opportunity for people with little/no experience in the industry to start in IT.
Cons
Field is neglected and competes with the inside sales team for control of deals. Pay is WELL below market for field roles. Quotas are extremely high to keep OPEX down. Management, particularly in the West, is very poor, inexperienced, lacks vision, and lacks even the most basic idea of how to run a sales team.
