      Met a few great people

      Cons

      Sales team has poor leaders who dont know what they are doing. Shady sales tactics are encouraged and rewarded. Employees are not valued and highly expendable. If you are looking for something short term with a bad environment and low pay this is it.

Without the employees, a company will not exist. We are creating a fun, dynamic and ethical company. We are sorry that our efforts are not meeting your expectations. Our sales tactics comply with and surpass the standard sales best practices. The sales team has frequent integrity and ethics evaluation. The OTE compensation is on par with the rest of the industry. That said, we are thankful you took the time to share your opinion. I and the team can reflect on this and do more to ensure the team feels valued and appreciated.

      Pros

      It is startup environment - a lot to learn and make a difference. Company gives opportunity to expand you skillset and work in areas of interest, It is fast paced environment and lot of of things in the works.

      As any startup, lot to do and lot of responsibility. Not a 9-5 job - you need to really engaged,

      There truly aren't many "pros" of working at Veem.

      Cons

      - CEO is clueless and it's obvious he's needed to step aside for years - Politics and favoritism is part of this company's culture - The product is an absolute joke and facade. It's impressed the CEO has conned VCs into giving the company as much as it has raised - If you want to see what mediorcre leadership looks like, look no further than Veem
