Pros
Veeva has great leadership from the top down. My manager and teammates are excellent and I've learned so much working here. The culture values speed and self-direction, which is very rewarding. Everyone is friendly and willing to help, nobody is cutthroat, communication between and within teams is smooth. Zero layoffs recently unlike most of the tech industry. Permanent WFH promised (after first 2 years as new grad). Lots of fun events (Top Golf, axe throwing, escape rooms, yearly retreat) for 2 year new grad program (EDP). Highly recommend Veeva!
Cons
Pay is lower than FAANG. Must work in office for first 2 years as new grad. Some teams end up working much harder than others due to being more customer facing or having other teams rely on them. But sizes of teams are adjusted over time to try and even things out.
