Pros
Full Time Remote, good products and strong position in market (team dependent) makes working on the client side pleasant since there are a lot of Veeva advocates within life sciences. Organizational Structure is decently flat for a big company. Internal mobility is decent. Company is profitable, stable, and tightly managed. Global company with opportunities to work with interesting people from around the world.
Cons
periods of high intensity up to 80 hour weeks for multiple weeks in a row. Large company bureaucracy. Paltry entry-level pay for associate consultants. Now requiring that associate consultants move to Boston/NYC despite the rest of the company working remotely. Will hire a new entry level consultant - put them through bootcamp and fire them two weeks in. Clearly a callous and unethical way to treat entry level employees. They cite bringing in the best people but pay poorly in comparison to other service based entry level positions.
