Pros

The pay rate is fine, but that's about it.

Cons

The inital offer is net 45 after their client pays them. That's insane. This is a services gig, not the construction of a pool. After going back and forth they agreed to net 15- then added a clause to the MSA of net 15 AFTER their client pays them. They don't tell you when or how long that term is. It's disingenuous at best. There's also no tracking system for the payments, They make you send a screen shot of the time tracking of the clients system. Come on, get on board with some 1990's tech at least. They also contact you 5x a day till the contract is done, then disapear when you're onboard. Don't use them for a temp company, you have no idea when you get paid and nothing is industry standard.

Pros

When you are looking for a job they will call you 5x a day and push Onusworks or their other clients for updates.

Cons

Once you onboard, communication drops off entirely. They attempt to sidestep payroll laws and refuse to define clear payment terms. Their model is to delay payment until 15+ days after their client pays them, yet they will not disclose when that payment occurs or provide any estimated timeframe. I’ve now been here 60 days without a single paycheck, and the account representative has not responded to my last three emails.
