Pros

Flexible remote schedules Great benefits Above average pay for similar jobs in this field

Cons

For the 2nd year in a row this company has had a mass layoff of a huge portion of its work force without warning right before the holidays even after assuring all employees that their jobs were not in jeopardy. I just don’t understand why they didn’t have enough empathy and respect for their own employees to give them a heads up rather than straight up lying to them. There is very little if any room for growth within the company from this position. Leadership is out of touch with the day to day functions of the role and most recently the American support teams were replaced with AI and overseas contractors, which the drivers have clearly expressed unhappiness over.

Pros

Fast growing company, incredibly engaged founders, most of the people that work here are fantastic people, little to no egos, everyone has one purpose in mind and its to see this company succeed. Peak season is a great view of how strong the company culture is at Veho: The boots on the ground initiative that happens every year truly shows how everyone is invested in Veho's success

Cons

It would be fantastic if the company matched 401-K contributions. Other than that there are no notes on my end, this is truly a fantastic place to come to work.

Pros

Fast paced environment with no shortage of opportunity or things to do. The company has had sustained and successful growth which has been encouraging to be apart of. The office culture in NYC is building as Veho just moved into a new corporate office, while other employees are able to also be remote / hybrid. There are a lot of new roles and a focus on hiring across teams which will help support company goals and the sustained growth.

Cons

Peak season is definitely busy, and there is no shortage of work to be done across teams which can make the work life balance challenging at times. This is definitely something that fluctuates by teams and departments.
