Wages are to low, not enough money

Coworkers are great, and the product is good as well. Everyone is friendly.

Management has NO idea how to be effective managers. One of the managers lies on starting wage, bonuses and advancement within the company. He will tell you that your bonuses will be huge and that’s why the hourly wage is so low. Well unfortunately that is not the case!! He will also tell you about how much you will travel for trade shows and customer visits which is also another lie. They will send you on one trip then to the office for good. They micro manage to the fullest. You’ll be wrote up if caught with your phone out in your office. Management also sends out group emails which are very inappropriate pertaining to the restroom and how however blew up the toilet needs to go clean it. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Managers won’t approach employees face to face about issues, instead they send out an email to everyone in attempt to call one person out.
