If you like a 9 to 5 job where you are on a need to know basis and not interested in change or innovation this is the place for you. Great company if you're in your twilight years in your career.
Cons
Dead end job, very hard to work since majority of system and processes are why out of date. There is no room to advance, no interest in innovations or modernization and a do more with less attitude.
