The only good thing in this company that keep most of the employees there is salary and benefits.
Cons
If you are a new employee in this company good luck because your manager will give you attitude to train you or answer your questions. The company is pushing employees to work harder every day however they are working long hours under lots of stress and negativity in a very toxic environment. Employees mostly trying to “protect” their jobs. You as an employee in this company will have no voice, HR and managers ignoring employees in case of having questions or issues. There are lots of management issues in this company. The only thing they want to hear from you is “Yes sir!” And they will train you GOOD to do that! I don not suggest this company at all! What you will see after passing all the interviews is shocking!!
