We have no leadership because their on emergency leave Nothing is being done correctly No one is supporting us when we get marked for errors or Qa and when our schedules is a mess due to wf keep messing up when calling in then we end up getting cheated out of our bonus because of their lack of having another leadership to take over and get us all right. Lds want to sit around and joke instead of helping us fix the mistakes because they say they don't have the tools too do it. Then they are still rewarding people from your team but you get counted out because they haven't fixed your stuff yet. still waiting on a reward I won from May we are in July half to August. They have been hiring a lot because people are getting fed up and leaving. Overnight shift is the worse due to lack of support and help. It's plenty of times where there were no hd agents the new hd agents put you on long holds which causes your acw and aht to be high. They use to have weekly meetings to make sure you are doing good now it's barely once a month. been here a few years and this is the worse it has ever been. contacted someone about issues for a week now they said they will get back in 48hr and it's been a week of nothing. They tried to play with make up time when it's clearly say in kb how make up time worked n they tried to act like they were doing a favor by approving it because they said they aren't suppose too.
