Pros
One of the things I like about this company is that the employees are encouraged to think for themselves. Also there is a lot of new equipment, which makes life a lot easier. Also, there is an 8 hour guarantee, so if the crew gets done early they are not punished for their efficiency. By and large the pay is higher than just about any company out there ($17 for skilled).
Cons
A lot is expected for that extra pay. Concrete work is brutal, especially in the summer, but an extra level of excellence is required, that sometimes can be hard to attain.
