      Good work life balance. Most people are helpful and productive except a few. Good career opportunities. Grateful to grow together with the company.

      Cons

      Bad hire recently on fx operations associate. Very bad attitude and poor work performance. Toxic work culture brought about by this analyst.

      Pros

      It was informal, with little politics and collegiate. Being at the risk desk is exciting.

      Cons

      Requirement to work nightshift was tough, initially we were rotating but as the company downsized it became long term. I believe ownership lost some interest since they had other businesses they found more exciting.
