Pros
First and foremost, a great team. The people, personalities, culture, whatever you call it. I get to look forward to working with these people.
This company really feels like it embodies its values. I've worked for a lot of orgs that treat their "value statement" as window dressing, but I actively see policy shifts made to better support this companies values, and that's really refreshing.
The management team is solid. They're quite busy and hard to nail down sometimes, but when I speak to them I feel heard and can actually see the organization reacting to good suggestions in real time.
Cons
I can tell you what my techs would say: we're a bit understaffed. Something I'm actively working on, and hopefully something that's resolved by the time someone's reading this. Knock on wood
Otherwise, normal MSP stress. Client emergencies are our emergencies. Sometimes everyone decides to make requests at the same time and that makes the day harder.
I've yet to see something I'd call "an avoidable consequence".
